Requirements for Liquor License Application:

  • Letter of Request from Applicant

  • Business address

  • Reason for application

  • Application Form (3 Original Copies Required)

  • Copy of Social Security & Passport

  • Certificate of business registration

  • Land documentation and business rental/lease agreement

  • License to uitlise sea bed

  • Valid food handler ID for all staff

  • Written clearance report from Health, Fire, & Police Department

  • Proof of Non-Refundable Deposit of $100.00 BZ special meeting fee to CCVC bank account
